One of my dear readers out there wrote to me “I don't own a scale and I understand I have to measure this s**t out in mg.” Thus we introduce to the world today: Alpha Meme’s Divide and Join Portioning (DJP©). I do not promote anything, but the fact of the matter is, there are ever more designer chemicals that work in the 10 to 200 milligram (mg) range and people explore them no matter what you tell them they should or should not do. Generally, coffee can be good for you just like in moderation fast food can be less bad for you.   Together, they are worse, according to a new University of Guelph study. The problem, according to an analysis by a University of British Columbia expert, is the high levels of bacteria found in sprouts, including mung beans and alfalfa sprouts, which have become popular as the 'organic' marketing machine…

How did we ever last this long?  As the occurrence of allergies. asthma and immune diseases rises, but just in wealthy countries, the idea that we are trying to keep kids too clean - the hygiene hypothesis - has gotten public attention. Now a study claims if your child plays in instrument in music classes and does not have the instrument sterilized, they could be at risk.   This will not do a lot for music class funding since schools would rather cut those programs that incur lawsuits if a child gets sick and a study shows the instrument may have done it. Woodwind and brass…
