By definition,  a Black Hole is Gravitationally closed.   In the event that a stray photon,  velocity  "c",   were to  venture skyward within  the confines of the  Black Holes, event horizon,  its velocity , it would rapidly decelerate  and  it would reverse its direction and follow a route to possibly permanent entrapment.   However there is one possible avenue of escape.

Q;  How do you open a gravitationally closed  black hole.

A; You transform the Black Hole into  a Torus.

To accomplish this formidable task,   you proceed to  disrupt its event horizon, with  two similarly  sized Black Holes.  We then have  a triple triangular collision,  which following  the primary impact, will   form a Pawnbroker Sign configured "assembly".

Each Black Hole will sacrifice   approximately,   a  120 degree sector of its  (360 degree)   spherical event horizon, to form,    an internal  event horizon.  We now have a  " Pawnbroker configured assembly,, which is (very)   rapidly   morphing  to equilibrium,  and that equilibrium   is  a  torus.  Like  a huge auto tyre.

This  "auto tyre"    shaped torus,  has a unique  characteristic.     It possesses    two event horizons.    One internal and one external.   These  however are located  both on the outer and inner zones of the torus,  and they therefore,  merge into each other.  They form, an Internal / External Event Horizon Continuum. This is the event Horizon of a Black Torus.
As this new body continues to morph to gravitational  equilibrium,   the internal event horizon "sectors"   become  smaller,  and therefore   the   opposite  zones of the  internal event horizons  interfere and negate each other.  This triggers core collapse,  and  jetting  is initiated.
Black Holes dont jet.. Only Black Toruses Jet twin jets.
