Making his feature directorial debut, filmmaker Allen Wolf has crafted "In My Sleep" into a taut psychological thriller with a poignant human drama at its core.

The story begins when Marcus wakes up in the middle of a cemetery half naked and has no idea how he got there. Urgent questions pound inside his head. "Where was I last night? Who was I with?" Marcus suffers from parasomnia, a rare sleep disorder which causes him to do things in his sleep which he cannot remember the next day.

Actually, Marcus seems to suffer from a number of parasomnias including sleep-walking and sexsomnia. The film is released in LA and NYC next month but you can check out the trailer below.

One thing to note is the precarious nature of independent films. Without a big Hollywood studio behind it this film relies on initial audience success to seal further distribution. If you like the trailer, check it out.
