Allah has created everything including human beings. Allah has told us that human beings are the best out of all the creatures in the Quran. if darwin is correct then why don't human beings evolve and take better shapes? evolve immune system, respiratory system, digestive system, Cell structure, eye structure and the look at the role of eye, ear, nose, tongue etcetera. all are signals created in brain. they have no reality. whatever we see exists somewhere but as the Matrix movie tells that a super computer is controlling what ever we see, whatever feel, each and everything is controlled by some supreme being. that supreme being is only one and thats Allah. Allah Created Adam, Abrahim, Jesus, Moses, and Muhammad (peace be upon them all). All created human beings out of nothing. All created all the creatures including the universe out of nothing. and today's science approves this. yet some disbelievers think that there is no god watching them. there surely is and that is Allah. what do people think when they hurt someone or kill someone? won't they be questioned for those in human behaviours? ofcourse no mind excepts that one will be un accountable. everybody is accountable for his doings ofcourse. as Allah has created the human being once out of nothing, Allah will raise us again and we will be answerable to him for our deeds. water, the layers that protect earth from dangerous radiation of sun, 50 million perfect species which are built to live on the earth are master piece creation of Allah. Allah is capable of creating trillions of trillions of trillions earths and heavens like this and thats is not going to make him feel tired. Allah is always watching each and every creation of his. and there is no creator besides him. He is alone the mightiest. Allah has given the knowledge to human being and we see in our daily life that how better we have evolved in our studies and knowledge. if we monitor the ants and all the other creatures; we will observe that they all are absolutely the same as they were before. only human being has come out of the cave and invented and discovered aero planes, rockets, car, bikes, millions of inventions and discoveries to name a few. why dont chimpanzee's (97% as human being) invent a gun? they exist for more than 7 million years. why don't they seek protection? why don't they invent?
ofcourse Allah has not given them with the knowlege and if he had then our survival would have become more difficult. because other species would then kill and destroy human beings but no we human beings kill whales and elephants. but they can not. they are; what they were millions of years ago. but we have gained knowledge and retained it. Subhaan Allah.  Allah the good names to Allah. he is the most merciful and most generous. Please read Quran that leads the way to science.
