Sverre Holm

I am a professor with an industrial background. My position is in acoustical imaging and signal processing in the Physics Department of the University of Oslo, Norway and I am especially interested in the physics of the interaction between waves and complex structures such as in the human body.

My other interests are probably too many, but I enjoy them all. Among them are hifi, vinyl, audio coding, amateur radio, and science history and philosophy.

I am one of the writers on the popular science blog Kollokvium in Norwegian and I also write in English on the nerdy LA3ZA blog.
