These awards are the biggest, most comprehensive and most prestigious covering the whole of the UK recruitment industry. The winning entries were for Best Candidate Care and Best Health Care/Medical Recruitment Firm
The judges' summary for Best Candidate Care Award stated that SRG had demonstrated that caring for its candidates is an important - if not the most important - business model that makes a recruiter stand out above its competitors. The judges found that SRG's processes supported candidates from start to finish of the recruitment experience.
SRG's submission for the Best Healthcare/Medical Recruitment category required them to show examples of their depth of knowledge and detailed understanding of their sector, supported by a case study of a difficult or challenging vacancy they had filled, examples of excellent client service as well as a case study showing innovation. SRG's ethos has always been one of innovation within their markets and this, combined with their heritage of providing a tailored and high quality service to all customers, ensured they were well placed to show good examples in each of the required areas.
