I have bachelors degrees in cellular & molecular biology, microbiology (with a minor in chemistry), and French language & literature from the University of Montana. In 2010, I completed a masters of science in microbial genetics at Uppsala University, in Sweden. Lately, I work as a microbial ecologist at an ecosystem restoration company (MPG Operations) and I teach metagenomics and laboratory techniques at Chief Dull Knife College on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation.
