I got interested in the field of organizational learning and system dynamics while working as a Process Consultant for BMW putting the new plant in Leipzig to operation a few years back. My passion lies in connecting ideas, people and tickle people's inherent knowledge out. Besides that information and communication logistics being used to bring collective learning into action.
