In the 1992 fiasco Mo became disillusioned with a lack of transparency in government funded organisations, so Mo became a whistleblower.

Mo recovers supposedly irritrievably scrubbed data from publicly funded projects computers and uploads the data to various web sites for public scrutiny. No names named, but people have lost jobs and inquirys have been held. Mo even installed the computer network for one inquiry.
