Can't get enough romance, even on an airplane?   Air New Zealand is for you.   They are about to offer what MSNBC calls "Cuddle Class" on Auckland-LA Flights starting next April - it's ostensibly for families so don't get crazy and let out the little Maori tribesman in you.

Basically, Skycouch is an economy seat on a Boeing 777-300 with the arm rests more comfortably inset into the seatback and a footrest that rises 90 degrees to form a three-cushion bed.  It's a clever name and good for families but you see that couple in the back of the picture below?  They are young.   No way married people are getting these things and will young couples buying coach pay for 3 seats instead of two?   I am not convinced yet.

I can't say for sure but I think that not only would my wife want her own Skycouch by now, she may even want her own flight, like to Tahiti while I get stuck going to LA.
